Best wishes for him

I gave him a call the day before yesterday. He told me that there were a lot of troubles happened in his job recently, and asked me whether he could have some private time to think about those things at that moment. David once advised me not interrupt to him if he wanted to be on his own. So I replied him that was OK. He thanked me for my consideration.

I knew his situation must be serious because of his tired voice. He seldom talked like that. Even I, the big nuisance, disturb him often never make him anxious like that. I suddenly felt pained when I knew that he didn’t feel happy and was suffering from the problems about his work.

I sent messages later to tell him that: there must be a big blue sky waiting just behind the clouds, so please don’t worry about that too much. If necessarily, you may try to communicate with your colleagues well so as to get some key points about the problems. You know a team’s overall results can be more far-reaching and have greater impact than what might have been possible for the person to accomplish after all. Besides, please don’t endure all burdens and pressures by yourself. I will be a good listener to share them with you, and I will always be with you.

I hope he can survive from his problems soon.
